Frogs don’t like chocolate, coffee or sweets

Loosing their bounce and mighty feats

The heart may be gleeful and high for a moment

But drops in pressure with despair and atonement

The throat falls with woes and ails

With loss for words from heads to tails

Swollen and numb from too much lack

While the joints weary from toil do crack

All the insides seem out of tune

Perhaps the end is rather soon

For the frog has lost all her bounce

Though her weight is no more than an ounce

For the pressure above and below

Have driven her to go rather slow

Sitting frail on her lily pad

Feeling down and negatively sad

No where to go and nothing to do

Her heart gives out with a final adieu
